Ecstatic Dance

​Join us for this epic Ecstatic Dance journey in Laureles at La Casa Community House!

​DJ @nikoboholistic will be playing a live DJ set that will take you on a journey from medicine-infused organic/downtempo via afro house and further up into some higher BPM realms where things get actually ecstatic - and then bring you back home with a gentle landing!

​We’ll also do some exercises that will help us loosen up, relax, get out of our heads and connect!

​no small-talk

​no shoes

​no judgment

​be free. dance how you want. here and now.

​ Classic Ecstatic Dance style - so please try to avoid unnecessary chatter/small talk, shoes and having your phones out - we want to be really present! Alcohol is a no-go in this space, but you are more than welcome to get high off your own dancing and the music!
