About Event

Welcome to "I Build, Therefore I Am." the podcast that dives deep into the minds and hearts of people behind Web3 development.

In this episode, Joao and Shaheen, our kick-ass Developer Advocates at Cartesi, will chat with Glory Agavetur, an active web3 enthusiast who's been teaching and onboarding developers in Africa, as well as driving the creation of CartDevKit. We'll unravel insights from her experience and discover the stories behind the code.

CartDevKit is a CLI tool that helps bootstrap a full-stack project repo for building on Cartesi. Using CartDevKit, developers can easily set up a repo to manage both the frontend and backend of their Cartesi dApp. Projects bootstrapped using CartDevKit come fully integrated with Apollo SDK, Wagmi, and Viem, along with other packages to improve developers' experience and drastically shorten build time. CartDevKit currently supports Next and React for frontend development, as well as JavaScript and Typescript for backend development.
