Honor Your Feelings Fest
Asian Mental Health Project and Take Action for Mental Health LA County are proud to present the second annual one-day festival aiming to deepen the conversation about mental health in the Pan-Asian community.
Taking place during the month of May as a celebration of both AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness month, this free & all-ages community festival will feature panel discussions, movement workshops, live music, a community marketplace, interactive art activations, and more in the heart of Koreatown, LA.

What are the COVID protocols?
Masks will be optional but always encouraged. Please protect your community and stay home if you are not feeling well! Please note that this is hybrid outdoor / indoor event.
Where can I park?
Parking is available in the California Market parking structure for a $11 pre-reservation. Please be sure to reserve parking prior to arrival. Additional street parking is available around the block. Please read signs carefully.
Can I attend the event even though I do not Identify as Asian?
This event aims to center and uplift Pan-Asian community, but we welcome folks and allies from all identities and backgrounds to join us!
Is this event ADA compliant?
Yes! Escalator and elevator access are available to the 3rd floor.
Is this event all ages?
Yes! Please bring your kids, elders, and chosen family of all ages.
Will there be food and drink?
Yes, all California Market restaurants will be open and serving delicious food and drink! Businesses include Sinjeon: Korean Street Food, Ye Cafe and Stage, King Donkatsu, Two Hands Hotdog, Thanks Pizza, Seoul Pho, and Bonjuk. The downstairs Korean market also serves Kimbap, Chicken, and baked goods!
Should I bring a yoga mat / picnic blanket?
Yes! We highly suggest bringing a yoga mat and/or picnic blanket for extra comfort while enjoying our outdoor programming. Chairs will also be available for use. Please do not bring any type of folding chair.
Are animals allowed?
Unfortunately only service animals will be allowed at this event.
