Meet the Panelist
Sonita Lontoh is an independent board director with expertise in innovation, digital transformation, and climate. She serves on the boards of Sunrun, TrueBlue, and advises Sway Ventures. With over three decades of experience in senior roles at Fortune 100 companies like HP, Siemens, and PG&E, as well as entrepreneurial Silicon Valley startups, she has led impactful business and societal programs. Sonita has been recognized by prestigious organizations such as the White House and is inducted into both the Asian Hall of Fame and Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame.
Mahak Sharma: Mahak Sharma joins us from Google, where she leads growth and partnerships efforts for Google's AI products - Gemini and Search Generative Experiences. She has spent 8 yrs at Google incubating & scaling businesses on Search & ads, working with Google's most strategic partners, building first of kind product solutions with them.

Carol Xie: Carol is the president and co-founder of Brix Labs. Brix offers a streamlined, AI-enhanced platform for global tech talent hiring and management, effectively replacing the need for multiple SaaS tools and extensive HR processes.
