Alice is Missing with Erika

​This is an RPGFest event; we'll be playing an in-person tabletop roleplaying game with a small group. The game will be hosted in Western Queens. Come prepared to roleplay!

​It's the day before summer break, and as everyone is eager to leave school for the summer, as they are leaving some students notice a missing poster on the school bulletin boards for Alice Briarwood, a student at Franklin High...
A group of friends/acquaintances are worried about Alice, as she has not contacted anyone in the group for a few days. With her best friend Charlie coming back to visit during summer break after they moved away, they reach out to the group wondering why Alice has been MIA. With a time limit of 90 minutes.. can the group find Alice in time and rescue her from her fate?

This is a beginner friendly game! Alice is missing is a silent role-playing collaborative game that is done via texting except during initial set up period. While the game is about a missing girl, the game will not be a mystery solving game, but rather the tense dynamics that come out of texting (ie miscommunication) when trying to communicate between people who are on edge trying to find their friend.

We will be playing on the digital platform, which requires at least a phone to play on (laptop & tablet is ok too).
*Please note that this game involves teens and may bring up heavy topics like lack of agency, death, grief, helplessness, loss, tense family dynamics, violence, homophobia, teacher/student dynamics or relationships.
