AI Policy Reading Group 4: ⚖️ Antitrust and Competition in AI
Join us this week as we take a look at how principles of a fair, open, and competitive market are balanced in the unique ecosystem of the AI market. Looking into government reports on the state of the AI market and the current jurisprudence and litigation regarding big tech monopolies, we will unpack diverse opinions on how laws, policies, and regulations can promote or hinder global and jurisdictional AI markets.
Session activities will help us dissect the AI tech stack and identify the policy levers used by competition authorities to enforce antitrust law.
Drinks and Snacks will be provided!
