​The automotive retail sector is undergoing significant changes, and for a group like Eurocar Italia, it is necessary to adapt to remain competitive. 

​In recent years, with the development of digitalization and consumer habits, there has been a steady decline in showroom traffic, and future prospects indicate a continuously evolving trend in this regard. 

​The project will address the following issues:
