This month, we’re spotlighting Annalina Che, the Founder of Stemtology, a startup based in HB redefining cell-based therapies by combining machine learning, biological engineering, and synthetic biology. Her journey began as a researcher at a Northwestern stem cell lab, as the co-founder of an AI startup, and in product at a cell therapy startup—experiences that ultimately led her to New York City and the founding of Stemtology in 2024. Annalina and her team are creating a platform to engineer precision-tailored biomimetic substitutes for therapeutic delivery and industrial use.
