Meet Your Host: Caitlin Sigouin
Caitlin Sigouin (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker at Shift Collab. She supports clients with parenting challenges, grief and loss, intimacy, burnout, and the overwhelm that can come with ADHD (as well as parenting ADHDers).
Caitlin’s approach is calm, warm, and non-judgmental. She uses practical strategies and mindfulness-based tools to help clients build confidence, manage stress, and navigate everyday transitions. You can expect real conversation, personalized support, and a welcoming space to grow.
Caitlin offers therapy in English and French.
