About Event

G.Lo Fusion is a 40-minute workout class inspired by Tracey Anderson’s method fusing Yoga, Pilates & functional strength that focuses on mid to high-energy, full-body exercises designed to tone and strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and boost cardiovascular health. The class is divided into a warm-up, main workout, and cool-down segments, incorporating dynamic movements and high-repetition exercises.
