ABOUT:
● The soft(spaces) Clubhouse is a thoughtfully curated townhome designed to be shared with community through intentional events and gatherings. The second floor of the clubhouse operates as a lounge-inspired living room loft that operates as The Co-Working Lounge during co-working hours.
● The Co-Working Lounge is primarily run by one person so time to prep for guests is essential. Please RSVP at least 48 hours in advance of your intended session date(s) so we can have the space ready for you!
● Spots are available on a first-come-first-served basis with a limited number of spots per day.

HOURS:
● On Mondays through Thursdays, arrival is welcome anytime between 10am and 5pm. On Fridays, arrival is welcome anytime between 10am and 3pm. Please note, on Mondays through Thursdays the space closes promptly at 6pm and on Fridays, the space closes promptly at 4pm.
● Co-working hours are dedicated to light conversation & accomplishing what you've set out to do. Please only RSVP for days you know you won’t have audible meetings to avoid disturbing other guests in the space. For short calls, you're welcome to use the balcony.

● The soft(spaces) Clubhouse located in The Bronx (10456), ~0.7 miles from the 2/5 Freeman Street subway station. Exact address is shared with confirmed RSVPs!

ACCESSIBILITY:
● The Co-Working Lounge is 34 steps from street level: (outside) 5 steps → landing with ample moving space → 11 steps → landing/ front porch deck → (inside) 16 steps → landing → 2 steps → 2nd floor lounge.

ALLERGY/ PAW PATROL NOTE:
● This space is home to the soft(spaces) paw patrol, our two (very friendly!) dogs, Riot and Ozzy (🐶🐕). This is a note specifically pertinent to guests who may have allergies.
● Riot and Ozzy are self-trained emotional support animals with great energy. They tug at people's heartstrings and are warm company, however, we also understand that not all people are dog people 😭. If you would rather our pawtners not be in the space during your time there, please let us know! There are alternative spaces they can be during co-working hours without a hassle.
