Our signature semi-private sessions are the heart of PWRGRLS — designed to help you get strong, feel empowered, and build a body you love.
In this coaching-style class, you’ll focus on pure strength training using free weights, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cables. With expert guidance in a small group setting, you’ll learn proper lifting technique, challenge your body safely, and build lean, functional muscle that keeps you strong, mobile, and youthful.
