Problem Statement Descriptions:
Education and 'Ilm: Modern education often lacks Islamic values, leaving Muslim students disconnected. Traditional institutions struggle with outdated methods, despite Islam’s historical leadership in knowledge. There is a need for curriculums that merge Islamic ethics with academics, better teacher training, and global collaboration to create a spiritually enriching education system.
Shari’a Compliance Systems: Many Muslims struggle to align their daily lives, finance, and businesses with Islamic principles due to the lack of clear compliance systems. While Islamic finance has progressed, other sectors lag. Standardized frameworks, technological integration, and global cooperation are needed to ensure ethical, Shari’a-aligned solutions across industries.
News and Journalism: Muslims face misrepresentation and bias in mainstream media, which often lacks Islamic values of truth and fairness. Faith-based journalism is needed to combat misinformation, amplify Muslim voices, and establish ethical reporting standards that align with Islamic ethics.
Sustainable Resource Management: Despite Islam’s emphasis on environmental stewardship, modern Muslim societies face sustainability challenges. There is a need to raise awareness, develop eco-friendly innovations, engage youth, and use Islamic financial models to promote responsible resource management in line with Islamic teachings.
