Our distinguished panel of female founders and investors Jess Guenzl - Principal at 137 Ventures, Aagya Mathur - Co-Founder & CEO of Aavia, Eve McDavid - CEO & Co-Founder of Mission-Drive Tech, and Lexi Henkel - Principal at Maverick Ventures will share their experiences and challenges.

About Our Speakers:

Jess Guenzl sits on the investment committee at Coyote Ventures and is a principal on the investment team at 137 Ventures. Previously, Jess was an associate at Mousse Partners, a family office, where she invested in a variety of private market investments, including growth-stage and early-stage businesses and venture capital funds. Prior to Mousse Partners, Jess was a senior associate at Parthenon-EY, a strategy consultancy, where she worked primarily on commercial due diligence projects. Jess holds a BA magna cum laude in psychology and a certificate in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University.

Aagya Mathur, Cofounder & CEO of Aavia, is driven by her personal and professional healthcare experiences to pioneer the path to improved female hormone cycle and condition management. Aavia is a science-backed daily women’s health app and data company that improves quality of life and facilitates faster clinical decision making. Aagya earned an MBA from MIT Sloan and earned a Neuroscience degree, completed her thesis in biomedical engineering, and started a business at University of Virginia. Her education paired with her experience in management consulting across the healthcare ecosystem, uniquely positions her at the intersection of health tech's scientific and business dimensions. In addition to her professional pursuits, Aagya enjoys Indian Classical and modern dance, Pure Barre, hiking, and traveling to new countries.

Eve McDavid is the CEO & Co-Founder of Mission-Driven Tech and a Stage IIB Cervical Cancer survivor. She is a former Google executive who uses her expertise in tech, business & media to fight for change in women's health. She is a passionate advocate for women's healthcare access, literacy and equity and has been named an expert in survivorship and innovation by the World Health Organization.

Lexi Henkel is a Principal at Maverick Ventures where she focuses on early-stage healthcare investing. Prior to Maverick, Lexi was on the founding team of TMRW Life Sciences, a venture-backed fertility technology startup. Lexi led Finance & Strategy and helped scale the company through $180m of venture funding and a successful commercial launch. Before TMRW, Lexi worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Lexi holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University, where she was President and CFO of the Healthcare Club, and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Yale University, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Lexi is a proud member of The Chick Mission, a nonprofit helping newly diagnosed cancer patients access fertility preservation.
