Sacsha Flowers Calixte is a highly creative career strategist with more than 15+ years of experience in fashion, higher education, recruitment, and career/ organizational development. She has a natural knack for effectively developing individuals and organizations with set initiatives to build industry knowledge, skills, inclusiveness, engagement, and retention.
Currently, Sacsha works as a Professional Development Lead at Jovia Financial Credit Union, supporting financial professionals with career pathing and internal job placement. In addition, she owns and operates Nu Phase Creative, a consultancy geared to help individuals unpack their career blockers to become top performers in any capacity.
Through her non-traditional coaching approach, clients face their challenges head-on so that they can carry out their goals successfully.
