Please note: While this workshop will cover all 9 Enneagram types, individual reports will not be provided. Participants are invited to take the Enneagram assessment online beforehand if they wish, but it’s not required. In fact, it might be even more insightful to experience the session first and explore which type resonates with you.

Maryam Marzara, MSOD, CPCC, PCC, with over a decade of experience in Leadership Development and Coaching, Maryam helps leaders unlock the best version of themselves. She has supported and made an impact on the lives of people at companies such as: Apple, NBCUniversal and The Walt Disney Company & around the world in countries such as: Korea, Singapore, Canada, The UK, China, India, Costa Rica, France & the United States. Her experience with innovative, high volume & fast-paced organizations have evolved her into the passionate and committed leader she is today. While she has coached and supported leaders of all levels in organizations, her specialty is supporting: CEO'S, C-Suite Executives, EVPs, SVPs & VPs.
Maryam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business. She is a certified coach with a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) designation from the Co-Active Coach Training & Certification program, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, she has earned her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation from the ICF, having completed over 125 hours of coach-specific education and over 600 hours of client coaching experience. Maryam is also a Certified Practitioner of the Enneagram Assessment and the Leadership Circle Profile 360º Assessment. She leverages her education, extensive coaching experience, and these assessments to provide profound insights for leaders and enhance their leadership effectiveness.
