📋 Program Overview:
Meeting Cadence: The first meeting will be on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 12 PM ET, held virtually. All group sessions will be on Thursdays from 12 pm to 1 pm ET until the program is completed.

💫 About Our Coach
Mariam Ayvazyan, a licensed psychotherapist, executive coach, and founder of Achel Therapy, blends Eastern and Western values to provide a unique integration of psychotherapy and coaching. Born in Armenia and raised in New York, she brings a multicultural perspective to her work.
As an adjunct professor at NYU’s Applied Psychology Department and Steinhardt School, Mariam shares her expertise with future mental health professionals. With a master’s in mental health counseling and an MBA, she is dedicated to fostering transformative growth in individuals and organizations.
Specializing in trauma, life transitions, and complex relationships, Mariam is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), empowering clients to heal and thrive. Her practice is guided by a commitment to creativity, connection, and evidence-based approaches.
