Breaking the Burnout Cycle is an 8-week coaching program designed to equip participants with effective strategies for managing stress and preventing burnout. 

This program empowers participants to break free from burnout by addressing the mindset, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to stress and exhaustion. Through an ontological coaching approach, participants will explore new ways of being that foster resilience, balance, and sustainable well-being. 

By the end of the program, participants will have a practical toolkit of strategies to navigate challenges, create sustainable boundaries, and cultivate a resilient mindset.

📋 Program Overview:

Meeting Cadence: The first meeting will be on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 12 PM ET, held virtually. Weekly meeting time may be adjusted based on group availability determined in the first session.

  • Week 1 (Group Session)

  • Week 2 (1:1 Session)

  • Week 3 (Group Session)

  • Week 4 (Group Session)

  • Week 5(Group Session)

  • Week 6 (Group Session)

  • Week 7 (1:1 Session)

  • Week 8 (Group Session)

Throughout the 8-week program, participants will engage with three critical components:

  • Awareness: Identifying and Understanding Burnout Patterns - This phase focuses on recognizing the signs and underlying causes of burnout, enabling participants to pinpoint specific areas for change.

  • Exploration: Shifting Perspectives - Participants will delve into new ways of thinking and reacting to daily stressors, which is essential for fostering resilience and a more balanced approach to work and life.

  • Practice & Integration: Establishing and Maintaining Sustainable Change - This final component emphasizes the application of learned strategies and the integration of new behaviors to ensure lasting transformation and well-being.

*Your 1:1s will be scheduled directly with Jannine after enrollment ends.

Jannine Enricuso is an executive coach in San Francisco, with over a decade of experience in hospitality management. Her passion for leadership development and her personal experience with career transitions give her a unique perspective on the challenges faced in dynamic, often male-dominated environments. This background shapes her approach to coaching, which emphasizes resilience, self-trust, and defining success on one's own terms.

At her coaching practice, Ladies of The House, Jannine guides leaders in improving their communication, managing team dynamics, and setting boundaries that enhance both their well-being and career success.
