💫 About Our Coach
Jess Storiale, also known as Career Coach Jess, is dedicated to helping mid-career professional women achieve clarity, alignment, and better compensation in their careers.
With a decade of experience across seven job titles in operations and product development at high-growth start-ups, she understands the challenges of career transitions intimately. Her own career journey took her to New York City at the onset of the pandemic, where she navigated through 101 interviews in just a few months. During this intense period, she not only doubled her income but also recognized the isolating and overwhelming nature of finding a new role, particularly for women. This experience motivated her to establish her coaching practice, aimed at providing the strategy and support she once needed.
Jess's insights have been recognized in Business Insider, and she has addressed thousands through various venues, including corporate conferences and Columbia University graduate programs. As a Career Clarity Coach, Jess assists women who feel stuck or unfulfilled to gain clarity and confidence in their next steps.
