​The speakers joining us are MaryAlexa Divver - Head of Product at Public, Sam Eisler - Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, Brittany Bankston - Director of Product at BCG X.Ventures, and Kelly O'Shaughnessy - Product Lead at Airtable. They will share their career stories and provide more insight on becoming a head of product or product lead at a fintech company and how to excel in your career in that type of role.

​MaryAlexa Divver is Head of Product at Public.com, the investing platform where members build a modern portfolio of any asset class – from stocks & ETFs to treasuries, crypto & collectibles all in one place. At Public, MaryAlexa oversees the product function and development for onboarding and funding brokerage accounts as well as investing in equities, treasuries, crypto, and alternatives. Prior to joining Public.com, MaryAlexa managed a variety of products at Stash, including the launch of Stash Bank and the Stock-Back card. MaryAlexa holds a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from the University of Michigan. In her free time, you can find her exploring Brooklyn, on the slopes, or at the beach.

​Sam Eisler joined Lightspeed as a Partner on the Fintech team in 2022. Previously, she was an investor at Tusk Venture Partners where she focused on Fintech and Digital Health. Sam began her career at Google in Silicon Valley, largely working in Sales and Product, where she helped early to growth stage VC-backed businesses scale their user bases. In her last role as a Global Product Lead, she was responsible for the go-to-market strategy and commercialization of a multi-billion dollar product and Google’s first Machine Learning-driven advertising solution. Additionally, she helped build an accelerator program at Google for startups in emerging markets around the world. After formative years at Google, Sam spent the next two years at Harvard Business School, exploring various ways to plug into the early-stage ecosystem – from launching a company to operating and working with VCs. In her free time, Sam loves to run and bike along the West Side Highway. She also enjoys yoga, woodshop, and cheering on her favorite sports teams and athletes: The New York Yankees, University of Michigan Football, and Andy Murray.

​Brittany Bankston is Director of Product at BCG X.Ventures, with deep experience in the FI, Industrial Goods, and Social Impact practice areas. She left BCG for 2 years to become the 2nd Product hire at MainStreet, a fintech startup, after it's $60M
Series A at $500M valuation. Brittany was one of the initial product hires for BCG X.Ventures in New York, and stood up DEI practices & employee resource groups in New York.

​Kelly O'Shaughnessy leads Self Serve PLG at Airtable, most notably driving the redesign of the core Airtable experience over the past 2 years. She was previously at Uber leading Mobility growth efforts & B2B rides.
