Luisa Salvador Roca (she/her)
Luisa is a passionate and dynamic educator, always eager to embrace challenges with gratitude, curiosity, and a drive for growth.
Despite leaving school at 16, she pursued education with determination, earning a degree in Pedagogy and Business Studies, becoming an AMI Montessori 6-12 Learning Guide, and an NLP Coach. Over the past four years, she has guided and coached educational projects, pedagogical teams, and families in rethinking education. She also founded Education Social Club – (RE)creando la escuela, a community where educators, families, and professionals collaborate to transform learning through dialogue, innovation, and participatory methodologies.
With 35 years of experience, Luisa firmly believes that personal learning experiences shape the educators we become. Committed to lifelong (trans)formation—unlearning to teach and coaching how to learn—she lives by the motto: Difficult doesn’t mean impossible. She is dedicated to helping educational institutions (RE)think education and turn the seemingly impossible into reality.
