Regina is Managing Director of Investments with Catalyze, a national platform that provides Capital Entrepreneurs with capital and support to build enduring firms. She leads investment sourcing and diligence for GP Runway Fund and works to develop catalytic capital solutions that expand the pipeline of investment firms and increase the flow of capital to overlooked businesses. Formerly, she led Launch With GS, Goldman Sachs' $1 billion initiative to increase access to capital for underrepresented founders and fund managers. Regina also serves on the investment committee for Gratitude Railroad’s Inclusive Capital Fund and consults for missioned-aligned allocators.
Lenore is the Managing Partner of Bright Ventures, a venture capital fund. Bright Ventures invests in Pre Seed and Seed-stage ventures that will redefine the largest, highest-impact markets: fintech, digital health, and the future of work. As an Investor, Executive Coach, and Strategist with over a decade of experience coaching and investing in venture-backed founders. Lenore is a Board Member, Treasurer, and Investment Committee Chair at New York Foundation. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from American University. She and Bright have been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Yahoo Finance, Black Enterprise, and Thrive, among other media outlets.
Sabrina Bainbridge serves as the Associate Director of Investments at Spring Point Partners, a Philadelphia-based social justice organization. In her role, she oversees investment sourcing, strategic planning, and the execution of support for investees. Before joining Spring Point Partners, Sabrina was instrumental in shaping Plan International’s global impact investing strategy. She led a gender lens investing pilot in Nairobi, Kenya, where she designed bespoke financial instruments for women-owned and gender-inclusive businesses. Sabrina holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BS in Physiology from Oklahoma State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
