FrUn Friday FIKA

​We organise a Meet and Greet every Friday for 30 minutes at 11:30am ET- We are calling it FIKA which in Swedish means a break from activity during which people drink coffee, eat cakes or other light snacks and relax with others.
How does this work?

1. ​​We are gathering in Zoom and having a small talk for five minutes so that those who like to be late can join!

2. ​​I will randomly bring you to two different Zoom rooms for 10 minutes.

3. ​​You will be having conversations with other Fractional Leaders in the group.

4. ​​We will repeat it one more time with different people.

5. ​​We will gather back in the main room and click a Groupfie!

​​ What will you experience?

1. ​​A fun break from work.

2. ​​Meeting at least two other community friends!

3. ​​A new experience that you can try in your community
