Welcome to Meld! It’s a space for people who are driven to tackle social development issues like education, healthcare, and poverty through entrepreneurship, policy reform, research and more.

It’s a monthly event where we gather in small-ish groups to teach each other about different dev. issues around the world, and we’d love for you to join us for the next one this month!

This time we're going to focus on 3 topics (renewable energy, healthcare, and education - these may be updated).
The flow will be the same as last time
1. We'll do group intros
2. I'll prepare a list of questions for us to talk through as a group
3. Four people will present research on their topic for 5 mins each + questions

For more context:

We had event #1. in May and It was pretty cool - we spoke about India’s lack of healthcare research and infrastructure, rewilding in the Maldives, and China’s rural/urban zoning policy. It felt like being in a room with mini-experts, people who were deeply passionate and eager to teach and to learn from each other. We had planned to meet for an hour, but it ended up going on for 3 👩🏼‍🏫
