Spring Reset: Clear the Clutter, Welcome the New

Feeling like your life needs a good spring clean? Packed schedules, digital overload, and mindless consumption have filled our lives with unnecessary clutter. Just as we clear out our homes when spring arrives, it's time to refresh our habits, minds, and routines.

Congratulations—you've just clicked on a real treat! We're running a Spring Reset.

Spring is the perfect time for change and transformation, just like nature herself. As flowers push through the soil and trees burst with new leaves, our bodies and minds are naturally aligned with this season of renewal. It's the ideal moment to shed what no longer serves us and create space for fresh energy, ideas, and habits to bloom.

Your Reset, Your Way

You set the parameters. We guide you. You decide what's important to you.

This isn't about throwing everything away—it's about keeping what serves you and clearing out what doesn't. Like a well-organized closet, your life deserves thoughtful curation.

The Spring Reset is your opportunity to dust off old habits, polish what works, and make space for new growth.

The 10-day reset has 3 distinct phases. That said, you can totally flex the dates and number of days in each phase to suit your schedule - you get to design your own reset journey.

  • Easing In - 4 days

  • Going Deep - 3 days

  • Easing Out - 3 days

What's Involved

Journey Timeline:

  • Tuesday, April 15th (7:30pm): Planning call before Easter weekend. You'll decide how to approach your reset, what's right for you, and what you want to gain.

  • Easter Weekend: Digest reflective questions while enjoying your holiday.

  • Tuesday, April 22nd (7:30pm): Begin our 4-day "easing in" process—an important step where you'll learn how to be gentle with yourself.

  • Sunday, April 27th (7:30pm): Deep reset begins. Don't worry—you won't be alone!

  • Monday, April 28th (12:00pm): Midday support call to check in and address questions.

  • Tuesday, April 29th (7:30pm): Start "easing out" just in time to feel fabulous for the bank holiday weekend.

  • Tuesday, May 6th (7:30pm): Reflect and celebrate on your learning.

Bonus: You'll receive a reset workbook and recipe guide packed with food inspiration, self-care practices , and everything you need to design and support your reset journey.

  • Bring a friend: £90 (just £45 each)

Who's Running It?

We (Dorothy & Rebecca) are both professionally trained and certified coaches. We completed the Personal and Business Coach Course run by Barefoot Coaching and accredited by the University of Chester.

Dorothy is a certified Yoga Health Coach trained by Cate Stillman, author of Body Thrive. She's also a Mind, Body Eating Coach, certified by the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.

Rebecca is a Habits Coach, trained by BJ Fogg Tiny Habits Method, holds a BSc in Psychology from Lancaster University and is a CIPD HR professional.

We are coaches not doctors. We'll coach and support you to commit to simple, healthy daily habits. We'll help you stay accountable to your wellness goals and share information based on Ayurveda, personal development, and behavioral science.

Who Is This For?

Wonderful human beings who want to enter spring feeling lighter and more refreshed. You may have battled with cravings and negative self-talk, or want to increase your energy levels and learn something about yourself.

This is not all about eating, though many people do focus on food. If you've had an eating disorder or struggled with your relationship with food, you're very much not alone. Only you can answer if this is appropriate for you, but we'll be there to support you every step of the way.

We'll support each other in an optional WhatsApp group, and if you need emergency coaching, we're always available for a quick call.

What If I Can't Attend Some Calls?

No problem. Life happens! Calls are recorded with replay links shared within 24 hours so you can catch up at your convenience. All recordings are password protected and only shared with course members.

To stay accountable, we recommend sharing your weekly action in the WhatsApp group—either a quick message or, even better, a short video.

This program is not suitable for people who ONLY want to follow recordings and WhatsApp. We ideally want you to be available for at least half the calls so we can pull together as a group. Behavior change is most powerful in a group setting.
