​Our WE360 Program is hosting its virtual "360" Business Showcase where you can see and support the work of extraordinary female founders and entrepreneurs first hand.

​Over the past 8 weeks, our WE360 Spring 2025 cohort members have been building, testing, and refining businesses that solve real problems—and now, they’re ready to share them with you.

​This is your front-row seat to:

• ​See and support the work of extraordinary female founders and entrepreneurs first hand.

• ​Discover up-and-coming businesses before they hit the mainstream

• ​Hear authentic founder journeys.

• ​Connect with a community that believes in innovation, resilience, and growth.

• ​Witness what happens when access, mentorship, and determination collide.

​You’ll leave this virtual event inspired, informed, and maybe even ready to support or collaborate with someone who’s building the next big thing.

​We're also recruiting volunteer mentors, only for the showcase, who will give valuable insights to our entrepreneurs during the Feedback Loop Sessions.

​This program is a part of our WE360 Initiative:

​Women’s Empowerment 360° (WE360) is a national YWCA women’s empowerment program designed to put women and women of color entrepreneurs on the path to starting and maintaining successful businesses. WE360° utilizes the Ureeka program to help entrepreneurs with the creation of a new business. This program has helped 114 BIPOC Women Entrepreneurs. since its launch date in 2021 by offering tools, education, and support. we help many entrepreneurs start their businesses. Some examples are Doula Services, catering businesses, health and wellness services, and food trucks. Even if you don't have the right skills, we can teach you how to be an entrepreneur.
