Isla Moon is a Visionary Intermedia Artist and Designer processing through explorations that enter the worlds of emotion through color, symbol, and form; welcoming transcendence through imagery resonating on deep psychosomatic levels and dimensions of being, creating prophetic art in ritual to interweave and inspire timelines towards global regenesis.
She is a writer and poet with her upcoming book release “Gospell of Selah” will be present in a Limited First Edition hand-painted by the author.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ZIOME Inc. is engaged in one or more projects that promote ZIOME Inc’s brand, values, or business (collectively, “Project”). By RSVPing to attend this event, you are agreeing to grant certain rights and licenses to Ziome Inc. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, you agree as follows:
License to Record and Use. By entering an event or program of ZIOME Inc., you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with ZIOME Inc. and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
Assumption of Risk: I hereby expressly assume all such Risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses or expenses which I incur as a result of my participation in any Event. I agree to be familiar with and to abide by the Rules and Regulations established for the Event, including but not limited to the safety regulations established for the benefit of all participants. I accept sole responsibility for my own conduct and actions while participating in the Event, and the condition and adequacy of my equipment.
Liability Release. You recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in this event and you voluntarily agree, as a condition of your participation in the Project, to assume the full risk of any injuries, costs, damages or losses, regardless of severity, that you may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with this Project. While participating in the Project, you agree to obey all rules, regulations, and policies of ZIOME Inc. and all applicable laws. You agree that a violation of the rules, regulations, laws or policies of the Project (as determined in the sole discretion of a ZIOME Inc. representative) may result in your expulsion from the Project. Further, in the case you are injured, you consent to receive medical assistance and/or treatment from all onsite medical personnel.
I hereby Release, Waive and Covenant Not to Sue, and further agree to Indemnify, Defend and Hold Harmless the following parties: ZIOME, Inc., its members, associates, Event Directors, Organizers and Promoters, Sponsors, Advertisers, the Host Organization and the Facility, Venue and Property Owners or Operators upon which the Event takes place; with respect to any liability, claim(s), demand(s), cause(s) of action, damage(s), loss or expense (including court costs and reasonable attorneys fees) of any kind or nature (“Liability”) which may arise out of, result from, or relate in any way to my participation in the Event, including claims for Liability caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omissions of the Released Parties. I further agree that if, despite this Agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim for Liability against any of the Released Parties, I will indemnify, defend and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any such Liabilities which any may be incurred as the result of such claim.
I hereby release warrant that I am of legal age and competent to enter into this Agreement, that I have read this Agreement carefully, understand its terms and conditions, acknowledge that I will be giving up substantial legal rights by signing it (including the rights of my spouse, children, guardians, heirs and next of kin, and any legal and personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors and assigns), acknowledge that I have signed this Agreement without any inducement, assurance or guarantee, and intend for my signature to serve as confirmation of my complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding these issues and no oral representations, statements or inducements have been made apart from this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THIS RELEASE WILL PREVENT YOU AND YOUR SUCCESSORS FROM BRINGING ANY ACTION AGAINST ANY RELEASED PARTY AND FROM RECOVERING ANY MONEY DAMAGES OR OTHER RELIEF FROM ANY RELEASED PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE CLAIMS RELEASED ABOVE.
You represent that you are eligible to participate in the Project, free to grant the rights granted in this document and certify that you are at the legal contract age or older at the time you participate in the Project. You certify that you have read and fully understand the above and agree with the provisions of this release. An on-line or facsimile signature will have the same legal effect as an original form signature. You represent that you are executing this release voluntarily. THIS IS A LIABILITY RELEASE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RSVPING.
