​About Raymond

​Raymond Xian is a Vancouver-based product designer with a strong track record of creating high-impact digital experiences across consulting and agency settings. He is currently at Shinden Consulting, a design agency. While there he has led a full company refresh—boosting local SEO traffic by 20%—and built scalable design systems in close collaboration with developers.

​Previously at Raccoopack Media, he designed an inclusive, mobile-first government platform for over 130,000 users in the Métis Nation of Ontario and launched a cloud-based game that achieved a 25% improvement in user retention.

​With a background in architecture and roots in Kenya, Raymond brings a global, people-first perspective to his design work. Fun fact: he’s also a huge fan of playful UI microinteractions and once designed a dashboard inspired by video game mechanics.
