Erica Wagner is the Senior Vice President of PepsiCo Global Real Estate. A transformational, action-oriented leader, Erica spearheads a team that discovers, negotiates, and develops highly engaging and sustainable spaces all over the world.
Before joining PepsiCo in 2019 as the Global Head of Real Estate, Erica was VP of Global Real Estate and Workplace Productivity for Akamai Technologies. Prior to this, she was the Head of Real Estate and served in a dual role as an Attorney for Osram. Erica has served in multi-faceted Global Real Estate roles since 2000. Prior to her industry experience with Consumer Product Goods (CPG), High-Tech, and Manufacturing, she served in other Executive Corporate Real Estate roles on behalf of inVentiv Health (now Syneos) and adidas Group. What is noteworthy here is her highly diverse industry experience in the capacity of all of her leadership roles (Namely: Development, Logistics, Retail, BioPharma, Manufacturing, High Tech, and CGP, Residential, and Consulting)
After obtaining a B.S. in Management from the University of Massachusetts and her MCR with CoreNet Global, Erica earned her Juris Doctor with a focus in International Business, Trade, and Contract Law from New England Law in Boston. She is an advocate of learning and mentorship and continues to practice habits of life-long learning. This is visible in her interior design and property management certifications; and similarly, in her leadership positions within various industry groups.
Erica was recognized in Boston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”. She was also named “Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year” by CoreNet Global, and a “Star to Watch” by Leader Magazine.
Erica passionately supports organizations that work to eradicate child trafficking and improve the health and safety of children around the world. Committed to her faith and family, Erica is happily married and is the proud mother of five adopted children. She’s also dog-mom to three busy puppies that challenge her Type A personality and clean-freak tendencies. In her free time, Erica enjoys traveling, anything Peloton, and relaxing on the beach.
Jaida White is a member of the Marketing & Communications COO team. In this role, she manages the budgeting and forecasting process for firmwide Marketing & Promotion spend and supports business management initiatives across 1MKG, including department goal-setting, project management, and process enhancements & improvements.
Previously Jaida was the Chief of Staff to Salim Ramji, the Global Head of EII (ETF and Index Investing), supporting strategy, operations, and executive engagements. Prior to that she was a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis group supporting Global Fixed Income. Her responsibilities included financial planning, business analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Global Fixed Income business.
Before joining BlackRock, Jaida worked at JP Morgan as a controller in their Credit Portfolio Group covering CVA & FVA. She started her career at JP Morgan in their Financial Analyst Development Program.
Jaida earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Howard University. Outside of work, Jaida serves on the Leadership Committee for The Family Center a non-profit in NYC. In her spare time, Jaida finds joy in traveling and volunteering and fitness (she is now a certified Spin® instructor).
Jessica Lee is the driving force behind The Davis Standard, is a UC Berkeley Haas Business School alum and seasoned 20 year finance executive with a wealth of professional knowledge and expertise. She started her career as an investment banker at Citigroup where she met her husband and continued to rise through the ranks at prominent Wall Street investment firms.
In 2018, Jessica noticed the lack of authentic social media presence with corporate working women despite the fact so many were spending time on social media. Hence she made her Instagram debut with the creation of The Davis Standard, the first influencer-led, female-focused platform with a mission to empower professional women. Jessica balances her career with raising two wonderful kids in New York City.
Jessica's extensive corporate experience as an investor on Wall Street, relatable journey as a Korean American / career mom, with a distinct voice and candor, and passion for empowering women make her a role model to help women navigate their careers with confidence and authenticity.
