Pricing Made Simple: Learn the Product Monetization Canvas on Miro
Creating great products is important, but monetizing them effectively is even better.
Whether you are a Product person, a Founder, or a Chief Revenue Officer, pricing is your strongest lever for revenue generation and growth.
➡️ In this workshop, we will simplify pricing, often viewed as a complex topic reserved for economists, and show how you can start thinking strategically about it for your product using a simple Miro board.
By exploring the Product Monetization Canvas, we will take the opportunity to review fundamental concepts such as
value-based pricing,
discovering willingness to pay,
and the architecture of pricing models and plans, among others.
We will also have a very interactive part of the workshop, bringing all this to a real-world case. We will all work together to help one of the attendees improve the pricing of their product.
This workshop is hands-on, so we have a limited number of spots available. Be sure to RSVP early to secure your spot!
No specific knowledge of pricing is required. However, attendees will benefit most if they have a basic understanding of business concepts and a product to which these concepts can be applied. This will allow for a more interactive and practical learning experience during the workshop.
