THINGS TO NOTE:
Please refrain from eating 2 hours before the journey.
Avoid caffeine, or if this is "impossible", limit it to before 11:00 CET.
Wear light and comfortable clothes.
Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sounds.
Please bring a pillow.
