ABOUT VICTORIA SHIGOLI

Victoria Shigoli is a Human Resource and Career Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience gained from industry and consultancy practice in Kenya and the United States of America. Victoria also works with individuals in relation to their career identification, development and transition. She helps them raise their sense of self-awareness through clarifying their personality type, interest areas, values, work style preferences and working with them to deliberately develop and implement their career plans. She administers psychometric assessments, writes professional CVs, and equips clients with skills for successful interview outcomes.

In addition, she has co-authored the book titled, Careerpedia, Discover Your Career Workbook, which is approved by the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development for career guidance in Kenya.
