​You plan the Fun Fridays, you send the invites, you make sure everyone has a great time, you’re always the host. But- you’re never the player!

​Well, not this time.

​Welcome to HR Katalyst Play, where Bengaluru’s HR professionals come to compete, connect, and maybe settle a few workplace rivalries on the field.

Whether you’re a sports champ or just here to enjoy the chaos, this is your moment.

​Date: 3rd & 4th May 2025
Timings: Day 1:- 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Day 2:- 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Venue: The Majesstine Sports, Bengaluru

​No long meetings, no email notifications—just pure, unfiltered fun. It is time to turn on the Sports Mode.

​Just like in Human Resources, here too you are welcome to choose your sport of expertise-

​i) Badminton
ii) Pickleball
iii) Chess
iv) UNO

​Every good game has a set of rules. Here are the basics:

• ​Badminton will be played in Singles of Men and Women

• ​ Pickleball has Doubles of Men and Women

• ​ Chess and Uno follow the traditional method and will be played in Mixed Singles
  

​What to expect:

• ​Match schedules sent in advance so you can plan your slots.

• ​High-energy matches across all the Sports.

• ​Energy snackboxes to keep your energy high and your spirits higher.

• ​Epic showdowns and lots of Instagram-worthy moments.

​Leave with medals, memories, and perhaps a few sore muscles.

The only KPI here? Having the most fun!

​So, what’s the plan? You sign up. You show up. You bring your A-game. And you leave with stories your team will be hearing about for weeks.
