

Space Apps NYC: Exploring Space Data and Building Cool Things
Last October, NASA Space Apps invited over 40,000 scientists, technologists, designers, storytellers, and engineers world-wide to build apps, websites, and other creative projects in a global hackathon.
This year, the Space Apps NYC Organizers are bringing together planetary scientists, data scientists, and technologists for a series of events for those interested in Space, Technology, and Open data.
This is an info session + workshop meant to gather interest for NASA's Space Apps Hackathon that will take place in the Fall 2025.
What is this Event?
Join, Dr. Steven Jaret, Professor of Geology; Meteorites; Geochemistry, CUNY, Planetary Geologist American Museum of Natural History, Nate Cooper, CEO of SWARM & Professor of UX and Human Centered Design & Ricky Robinett VP of Developer Relations, Cloudflare for a fun event about space, technology, and open-data.
