​She made some outlier choices early on - right after her B.com she joined a startup on day 0, later left the job without another in hand - took a year long break and started her job hunt in the middle of Covid first wave when the world was being laid off, with no ‘access.’ Felt like all the factors were against her.

​But her first job had taught her a few skills which came very handy - of researching, networking and ‘figuring it out’. That helped her land 50+ interviews, 5+ job offers, (incl Sequoia Capital) with an average hike of 60% (some went unto 150%) in a matter of few months.
