About Event

โ€‹It's difficult being a human a lot of the times. We feel things very strongly, sometimes to the point where our emotions fully take over our lives.

โ€‹Are you stuck in a negative cycle of being anxious, depressed, apathetic, angry, ashamed, guilty, etc... and can't seem to get out of it?

โ€‹In this workshop, I will explain important core concepts in self love, spiritual and nonduality teachings that are crucial for redefining our relationship with our emotions, how to actually direct your attention inward, and release resistance to feeling your emotions.

โ€‹We will talk about why feelings are important for our human experience and how to create distance from them so we can observe them and allow all of our emotions to coexist.

We will learn how to discover the core root of where our emotions come from, learn how to truly hold space for our difficult feelings, identify common mind traps that keep you stuck in a negative cycle, and release limiting beliefs and egoic thought patterns that no longer serve us in our journey.

โ€‹We will develop an insight as to the reason why we experience these emotions, learn how to fully be present and flow with life, be the source of our own unconditional love, and find inner joy and peace.
