how are you, really?
how are you, really? is a heart-led event series by call your fam with moss, created to offer the kind of space we’ve all needed but rarely found—one where it’s safe to take off the mask, drop the small talk, and share what’s actually on your heart.
think church with no religion—a space for community, connection, and healing. there’s no judgment, no shame, no pressure. just an open invitation to feel, to reflect, and to be heard.
we ask each other every day, “how are you?”—and we answer without thinking: “good.” “fine.” but how often do we ask the real question? how often do we make space for the real answer? we couldn’t find a space for real conversations about mental health and emotional wellbeing—so we built one.
event flow:
• opening talk: a powerful story from Jason Au on their mental health journey & the inspiration of 'how are you, really?'
• breathwork & meditation: led by Anna Dickson from open to ground the group and open hearts
• journaling prompt: a moment to reflect and answer the question: how are you, really?
• small group sessions: intimate conversations led by caring group leaders with intentional prompts—no judgement, just sharing & connecting from the heart
• group reflection & integration: a chance to journal, share with the full group, and honor whatever’s come up
• live music & community integration: beautiful music by our talented friends as we close the night in connection
you’ll leave with new friends - feeling lighter, more understood, and reminded that you don’t have to go through it alone.
there will be a call your fam product activation with potential exclusive products, and final sponsors are still to be determined.
about call your fam:
