HOMEBODIES 02 — A conversation with Ian Schafer, founder of Kindred and former CEO of Deep Focus
Good Measure has launched a series of virtual hangouts! Called Homebodies, our team is hosting brand and agency creatives on the (Zoom) stage to talk about good things, quarantine life, and staying creative while staying home.
Ian Schafer has been at the forefront of the media, content, advertising and marketing industries since 1997. He was inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Hall of Achievement in 2015, the winner of its esteemed Jack Avrett Volunteer Spirit Award, and named one of “100 People Who Make Advertising Great” by the 4A’s in 2017.
Ian co-founded Kindred in 2018 as a platform to accelerate the growth of sustainable, purpose-led business. Prior to Kindred, Ian was the founder, CEO, and Global Chairman of the influential advertising agency Deep Focus, winner of numerous industry accolades including Cannes Lions, Webbys, and Emmy Awards. After stepping aside from Deep Focus in 2017, he became parent company Engine’s Chief Experience Officer.
