​About Nat Paolone

​Discovering his calling for coffee in Australia back in 2004 with his very first “true espresso,"  Nat is now packed with 15 years of experience in the coffee industry, having worked as a coffee consultant, barista trainer, and reputable judge.

​Moving to Vietnam in 2007, Nat now consults and trains baristas with the aim of developing local coffee culture through increasing quality awareness. In 2019, Nat founded Silvi Coffee Roasters, determined to bring “a sensory experience of pure pleasure" through top-notch coffee beans from all around the world, focusing on quality sourcing, roasting, and training for ultimate consistency.
