Wholeness in a Fragmented World: Cultivating connection, coherence, and resilience

Wednesday, 21 May and Thursday, 22 May
09:00 - 17.00

In a world facing profound challenges, how do we cultivate resilience, coherence, and a deeper sense of meaning

Join Dr. Dan Siegel, Prof. Karen O’Brien, and Less Stress for a powerful two-day immersive workshop (May 21-22, 2025) designed to help you engage with these momentous times in a healthy, sustainable, and transformative way.

This 2-day workshop is organized by cCHANGE in collaboration with the House of Consciousness.

Many change leaders are experiencing anxiety and distress. This workshop offers a new approach to amplifying your impact—one that integrates interpersonal neurobiology, personality patterns, and quantum social change.

Through interactive experiences, we’ll explore:

Your unique personality patterns—how temperament and attachment shape emotions, beliefs, and behavior.
The "Patterns of Developmental Pathways" model—practical tools to navigate stress, avoid burnout, and find your personal "growth edge."
Deep connection practices—integrating ideas and action to reconnect with yourself, nature, and the world.
Transformative frameworks—connecting across personal, political, and practical spheres of transformation.

By the end of this experience, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose and resilience, and recognize that you matter more than you think.

🔹 Limited spots available (we will have a waiting list)
