World Cafe: 走過順逆的日子 Through ups and downs

​生命裡總有順逆 — 事業、關係、愛情、健康、學業、生活，有時順風順水，有時幾經波折；有人走過高高低低繼續前進，有人逆境自強。你的順逆故事又是怎樣走過的？

​一年前，是我們在順逆咖啡酒館(Ohms cafe & bar)舉行的第一場World Cafe ，說的是旅行的意義。十二個月過去，我們迎來第十場回到原點，在順逆，談順逆。

*此次收益扣除平台費後會用作支持順逆營運。

​Life is full of ups and downs—whether in career, relationships, love, health, academics, or everyday living. Some navigate through highs and lows, pressing forward, while others grow stronger through adversity. What is your story of navigating life’s twists and turns?

​A year ago, we held our first World Cafe at Ohms Cafe & Bar, where we explored the meaning of travel. Twelve months later, we’ve arrived at our tenth session, returning to where it all began—at Ohms—to talk about life’s triumphs and challenges.

*The earnings from this event, after deducting platform fees, will be used to support the operations of Ohms.

​☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？

• ​​世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。
  

• ​​第一部分：參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。
  

• ​​第二部分：所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發。由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。
  

​​📝 活動內容

• ​​7 pm 稍息及用餐 (輕食 + 一杯飲品)

• ​​7:30 pm-9:00 pm 世界咖啡館 第一部分：小組討論

• ​​9:00 pm-9:30 pm 世界咖啡館 第二部分：集體智慧

• ​​9:30 pm-10:00 pm 總結及交流

​💰 收費

• ​Standard: 每人$200。

• ​​Supporter: 如果您希望支持未來的 World Café (我們將致力每月舉辦至少一次)，您可以選擇靈活定價，$210 - $250。

​🏃🏻‍♀️​🏃🏻‍♀️ 如果我晚上 7 點前無法到達怎麼辦？

• ​​不用擔心！我們知道工作和交通時間有時並不穩定。活動頭半小時(7pm-7:30pm) 是用餐及稍息的時間，你只需提早與我們溝通，並於晚上7:30前抵達參加「世界咖啡館」部分就可。

​​✨ 如果名額已滿，仍可以參加嗎？

• ​​你仍可報名但會被列入等候名單。如果在活動前有人告知無法出席，我會與您聯繫，以便您決定是否加入。如果沒有空位，會在日內全額退款。

☕ What is World Cafe?

• ​​World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together. 🌎☕️

• ​​In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.

• ​​There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.

• ​​After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.

​​📝 What can you expect?

• ​​7 pm doors open. Drink and light food are available to share

• ​​7:30 pm-9:00 pm World Cafe: Part 1 Small group discussion

• ​​9:00 pm-9:30 pm World Cafe: Part 2 Harvest

• ​​9:30 pm-10 pm Mingle + wrap up

​​💰What is the cost?

• ​​Standard: HKD 200 per person.

• ​​Supporter: If you wish to support future World Cafes, which we will endeavor to host monthly for the community, there is a flexible pricing option HKD 210 - 250.

​​🏃🏻‍♀️What if I can't arrive by 7 pm?

• ​​No worries. We understand that work schedules can be fluid sometimes. The first 30 minutes are for us to freshen up and get ready. Kindly arrive before 7:30 p.m. to join the sharing session. ​​✨ What happens if the event has reached its full capacity?

• ​​You will be placed on the waiting list. If a spot opens up, I’ll reach out to you so you can decide whether you want to join. If no spots become available, a full refund will be issued
