Sabrina has 25 years of experience conducting UX projects and user research for renowned companies. A psychologist by training and an Accredited UX Professional, she is passionate about developing products and achieving the best-possible experience for the user aligned with business outcomes.
After founding and managing her own company eye square in Berlin for over 12 years, she moved to the UK in 2015 and has since been working in various user research roles as Head of Insight, Head of UX, Principal UX Researcher, Senior Manager Research & Insights, and Senior UX Researcher. Since March 2023, she has been a Principal UX Researcher at The Stepstone Group.

Voula is a UX strategist with over 20 years experience focusing on the intersection between life sciences and design, designing both healthcare products and services for scientists, patients and healthcare professionals.
In her current role, Voula has been focusing on supporting innovative R&D programmes through UX research to transform the speed, accuracy, reach and effectiveness with which life-changing new therapies can be brought to patients at AstraZeneca.

Tom is a qualitative user researcher with 5 years experience in the field, with time spent in both local government and the private sector.
Since joining BT Group, he has helped product teams make user-centric design decisions, inviting stakeholders to front-row seats in BT’s User Research Labs where they observe contextually-rich behaviour and understand exactly what makes our customer's tick.
