Mindfulness Matters: Beyond Quieting Your Mind with Nicholas Hebert, LCSW
In This Listen & Learn Workshop...
The ‘quiet mind’ is a myth that keeps a lot of people from getting the benefits of mindfulness. In this fun, eye-opening workshop, we’ll bust through some of the biggest mindfulness misconceptions and show you how the practice can actually meet you where you are—anxious thoughts, messy emotions, racing brain and all.
You’ll learn simple, low-pressure techniques you can use in everyday life, no matter where and when you need to reconnect with the present. We'll explore how mindfulness can cultivate more compassion, awe, and calm.
Whether you’re mindfulness-curious or just looking for a more grounded way to get through the day, this session is for you.
