Hear about Shruthi in her own words:

Hello and welcome!

I’m Shruthi Desai. After spending over 12 years in the corporate world, I made a career shift to become a yoga instructor. I’m a 200-hour certified instructor in both Hatha and Vinyasa, as well as a certified Children’s Yoga instructor with 100 hours of specialized training. Yoga has been part of my life since childhood, but it was during my pregnancy and postpartum journey that I truly experienced its transformative power.

What started as teaching yoga to my son soon blossomed into a deeper passion and purpose, eventually guiding me to become a certified instructor. This journey also led me to create Mudita Circles, a platform dedicated to sharing the transformative benefits of yoga with children and families. My mission is to empower families—especially children—to develop mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional balance through yoga from a young age.

Lately, I’ve been deepening my personal practice of Pranayama and am currently working towards my Pranayama certification. I’m also leading a 30-day challenge to help others explore this powerful practice. I would love for you to join me for a special Pranayama workshop on February 16th! Whether you’re new to Pranayama or have some experience, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

I can’t wait to share these transformative tools with you all!

See you soon,

Shruthi
