About Claudia Gutiérrez:
Claudia Gutiérrez is a Marketer who is passionate about sexuality and journalism.
She is a specialist in Digital Marketing with more than 10 years of experience and certified by the University of Texas at Austin.
In 2011, Claudia Founded El Placer del Saber, the first media outlet and agency that promotes an integral sexual education and looks towards sexual health and reproductive rights in Latin America.
She was finalist of Premios IDEA LATAM 2019 and did her ECA Fellowship at Los Angeles Times in 2020.
Claudia was Co-ambassador of the NGO Chicas Poderosas in Mexico (2020-2023). She collaborated with the NGO World Pulse as part of her YLAI Fellowship and obtained the Google News Equity Fund grant in 2022.
She obtained the AEIF grant 2023 provided by the U.S Embassy in Mexico to organize a second training in audiovisual journalism focused on Mexican human rights.
In 2024 she graduated from the SexTech School and finished her Diploma “Sexualities from a feminist and intersectional perspective” (MAKA Collective).
