"How We Successfully Raised Over €5.8 Million in Investments"
Srđan is a Co-Founder and CEO at Orqa, the world’s leading First Person View (FPV) video headset company. Orqa is on a mission to advance the state of the art in the fields of unmanned technologies and remote vision. In his previous career, Srđan was a senior finance professional with more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in asset management. He served as Chairman of the Management Board of Croatia’s €150 million sovereign equity fund and as Head of Risk Management and Compliance at Croatia’s largest asset management company. Srđan earned academic degrees from the University of Oxford (MSc in Mathematical Finance) and the University of Zagreb (dipl.ing. in Mechanical Engineering). He is a Certified Pension Fund Manager and a Certified Investment Advisor.
In his talk, Srđan will share how Orqa secured €5.8 million in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and discuss the challenges of opening a new facility in the U.S.

Stevica's journey is a testament to his unwavering dedication to innovation and his commitment to empowering the next generation of trailblazers in the startup world.
