Each part is for food enthusiasts eager to cook, learn, and connect over a shared love of flavorful, meaningful cuisine. Israeli cuisine is a melting pot of flavors influenced by Jewish diasporic traditions, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean flavors.
Participants will leave by the series' end with new cooking skills, cultural insights, and a full stomach! We'll explore how this diverse food culture reflects broader societal themes like immigration, identity, and the blending of traditions in modern Israel.
