​⚡ HIIT THE ESPRESSO by Oona Hosia⚡

​Set at the Barcelona's beautiful Nova Icaria Beach (right next to Bogatell), this free training session is designed to activate your body and prepare you for the weekend.

​HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, mixes short bursts of intense exercise with quick recovery breaks. It’s like a pre-festival bootcamp that boosts your stamina so you can dance, walk, and party without missing a beat.

​Accompanied by high-energy music, this short but powerful session will be led by our trainer – Oona Hosia.

​Once we cool down, grab a freshly brewed coffee and change clothes, we’ll head to the official Vassnova x The Coffee Party OFF BCN (starting at 12pm) and continue the vibe.
