This 2-hour workshop will focus on everything Handstand. In the workshop, you will learn drills to help build essential arm and core strength. You will feel the benefit of extra mobility preparation of shoulders and hamstrings and gain a deeper understanding of the handstand skill itself. Highway to Handstand is for a beginner to somebody who is almost there 😊🤸🏽♀️
