Welcome AGAIN to High on Healing.

We're back, this time with a bigger venue and more spots!

Overview

A transformative experience that combines the healing power of cannabis and yoga. Through intentional consumption, a group ceremony, and the practices of yoga asana, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, you'll have the opportunity to delve into a profound journey of self-discovery and heal your body, brain, and soul.

All levels are welcome, no prior yoga experience is necessary. We will provide the following:

  • Yoga Mats, Blocks, Bolsters

  • Tea

  • Snacks/Fruits aka munchies

  • Irish Seamoss Gel (optional)

  • THC/CBD Drinks (optional)

Please note that dosages are optional, and participants will have the choice of consuming either 4mg or 10mg drinks. We encourage responsible consumption in accordance with local laws.

12:00 PM - 12:20 PM: Opening + Dose - Danny (20 min)

12:30 PM - 12:40 PM: Social meditation (10 min)

12:40 PM - 1:10 PM: Pranayama - Eric (30 min)

1:10 PM - 1:50 PM: Asana Yoga - Henry (40 min)

1:50 PM - 2:05 PM: Tea Break (15 min)

2:05 PM - 2:20 PM: Meditation - Tiffany (15 min)

2:20 PM - 2:30 PM: Closing Circle

About Us:

Henry Kandel is a certified yoga instructor who also teaches physics, astronomy and improvisational theater.  He has practiced yoga for over 30 years, including the Tibetan yogas of dream and sleep.  He has written a manual on Ketamine-State Yoga, and taught the practices to a handful of yogis and hundreds of folks online.  He is currently composing a book on cannabis, yoga, and creative flow.  

Eric Chen is a certified Yoga instructor, hand balancer, and technologist dedicated to providing extensive instruction and counseling to students, encouraging them to find inner peace and explore their boundaries. He combines traditional practices with modern approaches, creating fun and creative plans that benefit students of all levels.

Tiffany Trinh is pursuing Meditation Teacher Training at Three Jewels, an established enlightenment studio in New York. She studies Tibetan Buddhism and serves others through Karma Yogi practices. She is dedicated to helping people reduce their mental afflictions in order to learn how to be.

Daniel Jeon is an Institute of Integrative Nutrition certified Holistic Health Coach who was previously a counselor and technician at Garden State Medical dispensary in NJ. He studies holistic nutrition and cannabis with regards to their connection in healing the mind, body, and spirit. He believes in fostering a healthy relationship with plant medicine as well as seeing food as not just fuel but medicine. 


Together we are The Art of Sundays, a wellness community focused on learning how to live fully and how to love fully. Our mission is to support people in becoming their most aligned and authentic selves.
